1. Terms of Service - UCOPH

Summary: UCOPH collects your used cooking oil (UCO) and pays you for the actual liters collected at your fixed rate per liter. You sign in with Google or email. We only ask for your phone number when you request a collection.

1. Our Service

UCOPH provides used cooking oil collection in the Philippines. You can request a collection, track your request, and view your cash payout history through our website.

2. Your Account

You can sign in with Google Sign-In or with your email address and a password.
We use your name and email address to identify your account.
You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.

3. Collection Requests

To request a collection, you must provide your phone number, pickup address, and estimated oil quantity. Your name is taken from your account.
Your phone number is collected only at the time of a collection request, and is used only to coordinate pickup and payout.
You must ensure your UCO is stored safely and is accessible at the agreed pickup time.

4. Payouts

Your rate per liter is based on the driving distance from our facility in General Trias, Cavite. The rate is fixed when you send your request.

Payouts are based on the actual volume verified at pickup multiplied by your fixed rate. If there is a difference between the estimated and actual volume, the verified volume applies.

Payout records will be shown in your account. We may refuse oil that is contaminated or is not used cooking oil.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel a collection request yourself in My Page while it is still new (before we set the pickup schedule). After the schedule is set, please contact us to cancel. If our team has already arrived, cancellation may not be possible.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the service, provide false information, or interfere with collection operations.

7. Liability

UCOPH is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information, inaccessible pickup locations, or contaminated oil that cannot be collected.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.

2. Privacy Policy - UCOPH

Summary: We collect the minimum data needed to collect your oil and pay you. We do not sell your data.

1. What We Collect

At Sign-In (Google or email):

Name, email address

At Collection Request:

Phone number, pickup address and location, estimated oil quantity, notes, request history, payout records

When You Contact Us:

Messages you send from My Page
Partner applications: name, business name, email, phone number, area and message

We do not collect your phone number at sign-in.

2. Why We Collect It

To identify your account and show your history
To schedule and coordinate pickup
To process and record cash payouts
To improve service quality and prevent fraud

3. How We Store It

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore) and Google Cloud. We apply reasonable security measures to protect it.

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

Our collection team, only to complete your pickup
Service providers necessary to operate the website: Google Firebase and Google Cloud (accounts and hosting), Google Maps Platform (address search and distance), and Gmail (sending pickup and inquiry emails)
Authorities if required by law

5. How Long We Keep It

Collection and payout records are kept for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting.
If you request deletion, we will delete your request history and account data unless we are required to keep it by law.

6. Your Rights

You can request to view, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us. You can also update your phone number and saved addresses in My Page, and sign out at any time from My Page.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and your browser's local storage for sign-in, security, and remembering basic settings (such as showing your name in the header). We do not use advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 18 without a guardian's consent.
